Law and Order: Criminal Intent filmed on location on March 15th at The River Project located at Pier 26, on Manhattan's Lower West Side. They were filming a scene from episode titled "Beast". Tom Preuss, who volunteers at the River Project, captured some of the backstage activities and has generously shared his photos and film clip with us.
