I hope that's a scene in the movie or something. Naughty Vincent. I thought you quit smoking. Leila will be mad.
WOOF - but can I suggest an alternative to his cigarette (er....that would be locking his mouth onto mine!!!) Thank you so much for these. Great to see him - as always ;0)
I don't wish to offend anyone.
But Vincent is such a hottie...why would he want to kill the look with smoking! I know, to each his own, but would just like him to quit!
On the plus side, a movie with both of them...could be interesting.
Hey pictures are great they are in travis i beleive. My home town sorry I wasn't there that day but I heard everyone really like Ethan H. they thought he was great. Vince looks wonderful too.
I know that there are some of us who smoke and some who don't and I also realize the health issues, but the whole thing is overrated. There are a lot of people who do not smoke but consume a lot of harmful things into their bodies. So if Vincent has a cigarette in his mouth all he has to do is pass on to me when he is finished and i'll put it out for him.

Ah, but he is still so totally hot. He even makes those glasses look cool for heaven's sake. ;)

The cigarette is a very, very bad sign, whether it's in or out of the movie. Aside from the health aspect, you'd think actors of all people would be concerned about how smoking permanently affects their appearance (loss of skin elasticity = deep wrinkles).
On Vincent's behalf there is such a thing as herbal cigarettes, that actors use who don't smoke or who have quit smoking and don't want to start up again, they use them since there is no addictive chemicals in them. So maybe it was for the movie and maybe it wasn't a real cig, but then, maybe not.
As Marion said, if Vincent has started smoking again, Leila will give him hell..... Does anyone know if Vincent is doing a cameo in this one, or can we gaze at him in awe for 90 minutes or more once it's released?
OH! and note to Mr D'Onofrio: it would be so great if you were still breathing in this when the end credits roll. Thank you sweetheart!
The cigarette thing is most probably about the movie BUT if it's not it could be because people are on him about his weight. I know many people who smoke or who have smoked who use cigarettes as a weight contol assist
Well, if it's for his weight, it doesn't look like it's working. He looks very heavy here, and though he would look hot built like an elephant, extra weight is also bad for the health. If the pictures are candids then he's probably smoking for real. I want him to live long and healthy, so I want him to stop smoking AND stop see-sawing his weight.
I thought maybe since he had gotten back together with his wife he would be more motivated to kick those old habits. But, it appears he is doing the opposite. Ha Ha!
And giving him the benefit of the doubt - it really is hard to stop smoking. My Ex-Boss was both a smoker and an alcoholic. He said that it was a lot easier giving up the alcohol than it was the cigarettes. But, after trying to stop for the 5th time he finally did it. So, I'm pretty sure Vincent will eventually stop (if he really wants to).
Let's at least give him credit for trying. (smile)
But, I still think he looks really good and, VERY handsome for a man of his age and height.
Thank you so much for the photos-great to see Vincent and Ethan Hawke together again-it's amazing how Vincent can change his look for any role with hairdo, sunglasses and wardrobe-as far as the smoking goes, I think he is smoking again and I will keep him in my prayers to give him the courage to stop-smoking just isn't any good for anyone and I want him to enjoy a long life with his family-

I do believe that he is smoking in RL, but as someone who has smoked for over 15 years (off and on), it is very difficult to quit - especially if it is something you enjoy doing. I give him credit for trying in the past. I'm sure he'll try again when the spirit moves him.
i thought he had quit smoking could be for the movie maybe not perhaps he will quit and it looks like he is putting on a lot of weight here not good for our vincent i read once that vincent was complaining on the loci set that the catered meals were causing him to gain weight but it could also be the medication that the national enquirer stated he is taking now some medicines can actually cause weight gain
This just show's just how talented vincent really is, and not bad on the eyes either.
Uh, are we all looking at the same pictures? He doesn't look fat to me. As for the smoking, of course he shouldn't do it. It's not good for anybody to do it. I just hope his new movies are good and he is alive at the end of them

He's more "beefy" than in previous seasons. But, now he is more "DELICIOUS"! YUM YUM!!!
He does look a bit heavier in these candids, but he is sitting & it could be the clothing & short hair.
Not surprised he's sneaking a smoke(away from the prying eyes of wife & kids) on set with buddy Ethan , who I think smokes too.
LOL. Wait till his family sees these photos.
Er.... I'd even check the National Enquirer had the date right with something else more reliable.
ah give the man a break, if he wants to smoke let him smoke! and i wonder how many of us would like if every time we gained a few or lost a few pounds it was the topic of discussion. he looks hot as always! can't wait to see the flick;)
I have stated b4 we are all wishing him good health, but I'm with you all the way Fezzie.
I only commented on the cigarette because I know he promised his daughter Leila that he wouldn't smoke. And I would like him to be healthy. For the record, the weight doesn't matter to me at all. You look good Mr. VDO.
