"Debut Of Wolf Series On USA Tops Cable Entertainment Ratings For Night"
USA Network’s debut of Dick Wolf’s Law & Order: Criminal Intent last night was the leading entertainment show on cable in both key demos and total viewers.
The show, whose original episodes previously unwrapped on sister service NBC, attracted 3.8 million total viewers on Oct. 4, according to Nielsen Media Research data. Included in that total: 1.7 million persons 18 to 49 and 1.9 million 25-to-54 viewers.
Officials at the network said Criminal Intent’s 25-to-54 delivery ranked as the highest entertainment telecast – outside of sports and WWE – for a cable network on a Thursday night against broadcast in at least the last two TV seasons. More.

Great news-I didn't know anyone even measured ratings for someone over 25-
Well Thank You-
We count-
Regi.
Bring out the Champagne! CI kicks ass. As long as the show does well, we'll have VDO on television with new episodes to enjoy and discuss (i.e. obsess over)
LOCI is going to kick ass on USA. You know those photos that were on the site of the cast in the subway, now being the curious person I am, I was wondering when they were taken in comparison to the shooting of Amends, not that the man is not cute, very cute he looks a hell of a lot thinner in those photos. And not to mention gorgeous. This fluctuation with his weight makes me a little nervous. It’s all right when your younger but not at our age. (Not that we are ready for SS, not by a long shot) but the older you get the harder it is to lose. Vincent please is careful.
Never doubted it for a moment - and I say again, Vincent is clearly dropping the weight he gained for 'the narrows'. It would be nice if we could drop the subject too ;0)
Well all can say is if he keeps gaining it and losing we are going to talk about. I can see the concern.
high fives! in your face, NBC! :-) well, i guess technically USA and NBC are the same family, but...in your face network that dropped CI, nonetheless!
This makes me happy! There is a replay tonight on USA at 10CST and I can't wait to see it!
Ahh, can breathe again.
Is it wrong of me that I would rather watch Criminal Intent, (or any Donofrio movie for that matter) over spending time with my significant other..haha
In all seriousness, I just wish I could sit down with him over a starbucks coffee and just pick his brain. Oh how I wish!!
In your face NBC indeed!!!...Geee maybe if they would have promoted the show just a bit more instead of an occasional plug here and there...nahhhh it's better over at USA..THEY ROCK!!!!! Does it bother anyone else they are promoting new NBC shows on USA with a mini marathon??It's like their grasping straws to make those shows work....tee hee
Do you think they can count those of us abroad who manage to get hold of the show at the earliest opportunity, and would actually watch it "live" on USA if they would only broadcast it to us?
I think there's something wrong with the picture on the subway. It's been tweaked in some way. Vincent's legs look short in comparison with his body, and we all know from seeing him clothed and unclothed over the years that he is perfectly in proportion.
Madre Bella-
When you make your appointment with him at Starbucks, give me a shout because I want to do the same?!
indeed "in your face, nbc" !!!
and to think you almost cancelled our baby ci.....
The numbers are great for cable I keep wondering when it's going to show up on NBC though and then do we get to add the numbers together?
Oh Val as to the legs, it's the angle it was shot at
