It's a relief to know there are still plans for them to be working.
Fingers crossed both sides in the writer's strike decide a stand-off will benefit no-one.
Trcyk63 said, whatever happened to the episode untethered, i thought i saw where they had breakdown for that episode with Goren and eames in it, and that,that one was already done before the strike. I guess if not we won't see it unless there can be a resolution reached before it returns for its second half of season7. And i'm positive i don't care what people say i know that there can be and will be a quick decision.

I'm confused. I just read that CI has suspended production after taping the 10th episode. Are we getting the 11th or not?

Episode 11 will shoot from 11/21 - 12/4 and it will probably air in January.
That's great. But I'm still confused. I thought I read on this site, maybe it was another one, that Warren Leight, showrunner for CI would not cross the picket line, and that no new Law and Orders would be shooting come thanksgiving. Don't they kinda need him in order to shoot any more shows. Was he misquoted, or did I misunderstand. So much misinformation out there, but you guys always seem to be on top of things, so I thought I'd ask you.
Our understanding is that CI will complete production on the last script which is why the breakdown was released to casting agencies.
Quoting Leight in Newsday article -- "Without a resolution, the rest of the show's 175-member production crew will be unemployed by mid-December, said Leight," suggests that filming of episode 11 will take place.
Actually it is episode 13 being aired as episode 11. The show was supposed to be on in january but they moved it to april. Now it probably won't be coming on until july. Check out Major Case Forum for more info.
