This was so great of them to do. Wonderful read. Thank you.
I am SO thankful to read the bit about "It's too late." What I believe about the truth behind that comment was verified almost word for word in this article. I always defended Eames and believed that she was speaking from love, not bitterness. I am so glad to read the real motivation behind that line and to see that I am not the only seemingly delirious person who believed in Eames' love behind that comment. She could have chosen to leave and she didn't. :)
The Eames question was submitted both by me & another poster. I'm so happy Mr. Rubin answered it, and in such detail. God, I feel so much better knowing for sure the real feelings behind it.
Wow..that was great...thanks for sharing. Nice to hear from the writers perspective and Charlie Rubin's explanation for the "it's too late" comment was priceless.
At last, I can forgive Eames for her 'It's too late' comment ;0)
Thank you for sharing this enlightening interview. Always nice to hear how the different parts come together to make the show we all know and love....and would like back please.
I was short of time and it seemed very long, but it was worth persevering to the end. Great stuff.
How wonderful to read all of these great insights from the writers-thanks so much for making this happen to all concerned and I loved the comment about the many takes, don't you just wish they would have a CI DVD with different takes and outtakes-now that would be a winner indeed-
Regi.
I wanted to say "Thank you" to everyone who made that interview happen. It was absolutely fascinating.
Diana Son's favorite episode is "Magnficat'. Good choice - I think it's the best episode in L&O history (including the mothership & SVU).
