"Hi everyone,
Please remember the Emmy info is PRELIM only!!
The deadline for all Emmy submissions is May 31. I imagine a lot of the blank categories will have LOCI info in them by the deadline.

NO VDO nomination. That is shameful. How on earth did Tony G. get a nod in a show that VDO sunk his teeth into?
I'm delighted for those LOCI guest stars who have been nominated.
I am bitterly disappointed however, over what to me seem like horrible omissions.
OK: I know that I am biased in favour of Vincent D'Onofrio, but I am a sane and rational woman and I fail to understand why my perception of him as an actor MORE THAN worthy of a nomination in the first instance is simply not seen by those with the power to nominate.
Am I really so un-typical in my admiration of his acting skills?
Somehow I do not feel comforted by the knowledge that Vincent himself probably doesn't give a toss ... I just feel very strongly that the money he gets in his pay-cheque doesn't adequately convey my appreciation of what he does.
Needless to say the same applies for Kathryn Erbe, although the series so far hasn't given her quite the same exposure and room for creative maneuver as it has VDO.
Let's just hope he gets a nomination within the next few days, shall we? But I am not holding my breath.
**sigh**
Congratulations to Peri Gilpin, she was great-
Tony Goldwyn should have been nominated last year with Rita Moreno and Roy Scheider-
As far as the regulars, I just don't know what is the matter with these people-
And I'm sorry if I offend anyone but let's see another nomination for someone like William Shatner-
Please these are acting awards-
Regi.
Dick Wolf finally gave up on submitting VDO for best actor. Don't blame him, really. Every year its like a slap in the face.
Hope one of the guests gets nominated. My pick is Peter Coyote. He was very convincing being in pain when Goren was twisting his wrist.
Donna Jo - then how come USA spent all the money advertising Vincent and Chris as Emmy submission hopefuls this year? Or, is it just because USA Network have taken over where Wolf left off? (Sorry for the questions, I do not know how these things work!)
My theory is that since Vincent proudly refuses to kiss ass, and play the Hollyweird 'game', the clique who run the industry enjoy overlooking his talent and him. I guess all we can do is revel in the fact that we KNOW he's wonderful.
