I'm stoked...8 more episodes of Goren & Eames to look forward to after the summer is over. Wonder when they will start Season 8?
I don't actually care if it's January when they start filming, the wonderful part is, they WILL, eventually, start an 8th year. 8 episodes of Vincent is wonderful compared to no episodes at all.
I just need to jump up'n'down for a moment :0)

Great news. Of course, 22 would have been better, but I suppose they have to make up the time lost to the writers' strike somehow.

im wondering....
they shoot the shows bi weekly, and rehurse the odd weeks or do they just do nothing until the next show?
how do they find the time for other projects. i mean... writing or directing and shooting a whole film takes time. he has another stint with dick, thats fab
but in the mean time and in between time im guessing the writers will be writing new shows and the stars of the show will be...doing movies. chris just did s i t c the movie.and kate im sure is being a mom. would love to see her do some other stuff.
he mentioned, other than being u know where for the summer, that he would be doing other stuff..,
where are staton island and the narrows. arent they supposed to come out this year?
dont get me wrong i love loci but u must admit the man is quite talented and he needs a break from Bobby before he commits to another year.
then he can start the new season...

Actually, Monk and Psych air 16 episodes. I'm Thrilled that CI will be back...16 episodes is just fine with me :)
It's my understanding a full season on cable is 16 episodes, not 22, so we're getting what is the standard 'full' set for USA. Like I said before I'll take 8 episodes of Bobby against NO episodes of Bobby any day. Can we just be happy there will be an 8th year at all please ;0)
