Thank you to the reel for the caps-
Purgatory was worth the wait-
Outstanding job by Warren, Siobban, Vincent, Eric and Kate, who kicked butt-
Alex really let Bobby have it and the little gift in Bobby's desk really shocked me-
Great show-
Regi.

Nice caps! Thank you!

I'm still in purgatory!

Goren got his shield back but.....
everyone thinks he is a rat bastard,
and worse....he is on the outs with Eames.......How long must our hero be an island?

Someone needs a HUG!!!

P.S.
Can anyone tell the make & model
of (classic?) convertible it is that
Goren drives??

P.S.S.
As a parent I can see "the baby
kept me up ALL night" look. It's
nice Vincent could make good use of it in character.

VDO may be 6'0+, but when Bobby was getting lectured by Eames, he might as well have been 2 ft tall! Amazing scene...
----
G: I was trying to protect you.
E: Since when?
G: There were rules...
E: Rules?? You've gotta be kidding me...
----
E: You're the genius, and I just carry your water, right? You have any idea how many times I've lied for you, covered your ass?
G: I was in a deep hole here...
E: And who's fault was that? All your wounds are self-inflicted.
----

OUCH!

I can't wait till the next G/E episode!!!

janetoo--

I was trying to figure out the car as well! First of all, it was kinda neat to see Bobby drive something other than a black SUV. Second, where did he get such a sweet ride?? :-)

**reeling**

Wow that was strong stuff. Beautiful caps, by the way - thank you so much.

I am totally in love with Eames now, for standing up and being tough and for saying stuff that needed to be said but what on EARTH is Goren going to do to get her back?

When Bobby looked up from the rat and scanned the room, wow! It was like a punch in the gut. Jeeze, this epi left me drained. Every one falls into a deep hole once in a while. I hope the writers let Bobby climb out.

Katherine Erbe was excellent, wasn't she? As was D'Onofrio and Winters. I even liked Bogosian. His Ross is becoming more sympathetic. Such compelling T.V. The writers, actors, and everyone involved should be proud.

As for the caps...How much hotter can Vincent D'Onofrio get? One more degree and I'm gonna melt. I'm already sweating profusely...light headed and sticky from the heat radiating off that big guy.

OMG I loved this episode! Bobby's car might be a classic convertible Ford Mustang. Caseyswife's husband (Casey)believes that's what it is. He thinks the front seat is the tell.

Vincent looks SO wonderful. Maybe some of what seems to have happened between Bobby and Alex is some of the stuff from 'War' finally coming home to roost too. Can't wait to finally get to see it (soon, I hope!)

Ok, this is what I think of the episode ( almost missed it, though )

*Not the greatest episode, but I liked the plot about the dealers

*I squealed when my hunch was right that it was Capt. Ross's hand at the Shooting Practice (sp)?. I was a bit surprised to see the Capt at Olivet's clinic waiting for Goren. At first I thought it could be Goren's old friends from the past seasons. Ross' is winning me over one step at a time.

*I can't believe Testarossa was that stupid to believe in Goren's line "I missed it" when Stout discovered the lighter was a wire. He could've killed both Goren and the boy if he thinks they were onto him.

*I loved the "GET YOUR FEET OFF MY PARTNER'S DESK" line!

*I am not very much a fan of Dean Winters, but he did a good job as a lousy cop (Mike Stout). And I do not want him to be OB's boyfriend on the next season.

*I do not think one of Goren's co-officers, nor Stout, planted a dead rat in his drawer. It could be Nicole, more likely, since she is VERY sneaky and still alive, jmo

*I am HAPPY Goren didn't become Dark Side's followers!!

*His non-scruff look is back!

*I have never seen Eames so dissed; but hopefully, their little dispute will be over soon at the next episode. I know some of her words were hurtful, but I don't want to see their great friendship go to an end. They are my favorite duo.

*Lastly, good performance VDO & KE!

Tami - you are so right about how hot he is.

Has anyone thought to investigate Vincent as a possible contributory factor to global warming?

Excellent TV, LOCI writers and actors! It WAS worth the wait.
Fellow Reelbloggers— you're becoming quite good detectives— Enaka picking up on Ross and the gun. I watched this twice and didn't catch Goren's convertible. I was concerned with him taking his eyes off the road.
That genius line from Eames will be LOCI history. Their partnership in a nutshell.
Poor Bobby, everyone hates him.
I wonder if the 6 months of shrink sessions will make any difference. Maybe we'll see more of the animated Goren and less of the brooding Goren.

Enaka - congrats on your good detective work!
Lozzie - love the "global warming" comment. No spray bottle can contain that heat!
Mauigirl - I think it's a classic Mustang too! I wonder what color it is.

Great episode. Kate was awesome. She doesn't often get the spotlight, but when she does, as in this episode, "The Wee Small Hours", and "Blind Spot", she glows! Vincent must be exhausted from the roller coaster ride of emotions he chose to display. I am very worried for Robert. Someone is definitely out to get him - Stoat?, Adair?(he has nothing else to do but think of ways to get back at the people who put him in a cell), Copa?, Cluster Sargent Terry Randolph?, FBI agent John from "The Insider"?, the Chief of D's?, or, God forbid, Nicole. I hope Robert stays on the alert - especially after that, as Tami said, "punch in the gut".
