it's really strange that they pretty much gave away the entire ep before it aired.

I want to see the filler in between, but I totally spoiled it for myself. D'oh!

I don`t know if someone screwed the pooch here, but usually doesn`t the 2 minute reply get shown after the original airing of the episode?

I think I feel sick............but not as sick as the demented writers! Or, the person that let the re-cap slip! Poor, poor Bobby. I definitely need to hug him. *sigh*

Looks like another riviting show. But does anyone else miss the old sweet, geeky Bobby?

I am surprised that they released this clip but I'm not disappointed that they released it-I would have been so sad that I would have missed what else was going on in the episode, but now I have had time to prepare, not the role that I wanted Frank to have-
Why do the weak always seem to be blamed for their failings-
Aren't some people just stronger than others-

Although it is unusual to see the replay released before the episode aired, I'm actually relieved. I don't regret peeking, and I still can't wait for Sunday night. I was going stir-crazy waiting, checking 'The Reel' 17 times a day, reading the teasers, trying to figure out what was coming. I got to hand it to the Writers. They put our Bobby through hell this season, and, although I prefer him giddy and 'engaged' in his work, this season 7 of misery got me blogging more than ever, and the anticipation was mesmerizing. For an episode NOT written by Siobhan Byrne O'Conner (Amends, Purgatory, Last Rites), this one is among the best (at least, the REPLAY is!). Now we've got to jones until November!! I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

It looks to all intents and purposes like an enormous cock-up on the part of the USA webmaster, but that seems somehow .. unlikely. I cannot really guess at their motives for posting this, although I also note that TXCANY has failed to post their usual mouth-watering teasers on YouTube this time around.

TXCANY's postings are normally done as part of a sustained web-based marketing campaign for LOCI, but it didn't happen with "Frame" for some unknown reason.

I'm baffled as to why this clip is up in the first place - and indeed STILL up long after it would normally have been pulled, were it a genuine mistake.

I watched it all the same. I was finding the waiting unbearable. I am very sad, and need a Real Life very badly indeed.

I pity the poor devil who's been fired for accidentally posting this ahead of time (but thank them all the same - I could sleep last night!)

I can't wait until tonight - and watching the lead-in marathon today will probably have us all worked up into a frenzy!!!

Too Rose58, Hell yeah I miss the geeky bobby! This season was great and gave his character a lot dept, but I do hope this final will put an end to all his suffering, so he can putt that all behind him and go back to his own great way off solving cases.
I hope season 8 will bring more episodes like Vanishing Act. I like to see the happy funny Bobby again.

P.S. Goren becomes a suspect? Yeah right, he kills Nicole and then sends her hart to himself....I hope I misunderstood the part of Goren becoming a suspect....

You know what I miss about the old Bobby - when Alex would make a funny, snarky comment, and he would make that little laugh with that cute smile - I miss those moments!

Thanks for posting this video clip as I was looking around the USA site and found "Frame" and "Frame Package" video clips but not the actual video you have posted! Was I looking in the wrong place?

Can't imagine we'll see those days back, Sharon, after some of Eames's nasty comments.

The clip is gone now, though I did see it yesterday. I'm glad I did.

Wow,...

Coming to think of it, I miss the old Bobby too -so bad... Now I know, what's caused the hole in my sole...!!!

He used to be funny enough, sad enough, witty enough, angry enough....

Though the new Bobby's much more deep and dramatic, it'd feel good to catch a glimps of our old guy, every now and then.....

On yhe other hand, non-stop, ever lasting, tormenting, roler-coaster rides.....

Hum;....
I wonder if Mr. Wolf would actually like it...???

Thank heaven I saw the clip (about 20 times!) yesterday

I do wish those who pine for the 'good old' days, would remember that Warren Leight said at the end of Season 5, LOCI had to change or die, and that Vincent himself asked for changes to keep it fresh and interesting for him AND us. I know some peope don't like the revised format but I remember one reviewer sniffily declaring that Vincent could do the weekly interrogation room 'aria' in his sleep now (this was maybe around season 3) and that he needed something to get his teeth into.

I'm sure, like the rest of us, those who prefer the early seasons have them on DVD to watch. Personally, I like knowing more about Bobby as a person, than the strictly procedural stuff of the earlier episodes. In my opinion, Detectives Goren and Eames are far more interesting as characters these days.

Role on tonight - just please don't torture him; or us ;0)

Cooool...!!

So, it was presumably a feux pas after all -well, at least a very beneficial one....!!

I don't believe that the ratings'd go down one bit, because of this; on the other hand, they'd probably go to the roof.

So, to whomever it may concern:

An honest mistake, or a smart move -I'm on your side.

Um...

Just for the sake of carification; no one seems to be "pining for the good old days" or one-dimensional characters around here.....

As a matter of fact, it's multi-dimentional characters, that we're longing for; people who change and develop because of tragedies.... Real people, with a real range of actually various, fluctuating, complex emotions...UPS AND DOWNS, not just DOWNS....!!

I suppose, unlike the rest of us, those who are not remotely interested in CI's early series, probably can't remember Vincent's bright performances of Goren's sarcasm, or deep-under-the-skin anger.... Such a pity, since those very subtle references to his character -and the very basis for the future developement of the stort line- are what made many of us fall in love with Bobby -not his "aria", or stutter, or "lean"..!!

Fortunately, There will be time for Bobby in the 8th s., to either completely cross the verge of madness, or rise, and be the tough guy we all want him to be -one that SURVIVES his Hamlet-like tragedy.

And talking about Eames, she's doing fine; she has the dramatic ups and downs, neccessary to develope a character -she's doing fine.

I got the text message trivia question that usually follows the episode Saturday night instead of Sunday night... It gives away a minor spoiler. Good thing I don't care about spoilers. Mostly. Guess the people in charge at USA went on vacation this weekend.

Whoops-but it's OK USA network-this way I am more prepared-did you want the ambulance at my house-I am still watching with great anticipation-
As far as the old Bobby versus the newer Bobby, we have to let Vincent be challenged but then when they do episodes like Vanishing Act, then we get a glimpse of the old Bobby-
So a good balance would be nice-
Regi.

Can Mr. D'Onofrio be nominated next year for this outstanding performance? I know the season was screwed up by the strike. Talk about acting!!! He's a talented actor that his peers SHOULD acknowledge. We, his fans, think he is wonderfully talented and dearly appreciate him, now it's time for the industry to show him.

The episode was sad but great-
Eames kicked butt-
I'm sorry but can't Eames at least put her hand on Bobby's shoulder to comfort him-Geez-
Phenomenal job by everyone and as we all know, Vincent is the best actor ever-
And he looked good too-
Liked the beard gone-
Regi.

Of course he "can" be nominated -whether he wil be, is a different story...

It was nothing short of an artistic crime -an artistic felony, at the very least- when they ignored his brilliant performances in "Untethered" and "End Game"; and it wasn't the first time, either.

I agree with the wise person, who once said that Mr. D'onofrio is being ignored, because he dosen't play the hollywood game.

The idea of Mr. D'Onofrio, playing the hollywood game, is not quite appealing; we've already had enough with the wasted hollywood celebrities. He's a perfectionist, and if anything, has a 30-odd year long respectable carier and reputation, that are too hard earned, too be traded for a "statue"...

For whatever it's worth, we -his dedicated fans - are already too proud of him; we don't need that "statue", to remind us, of his shear geniunity, his unique talent, or his top-notch dedication and examplary hard work, either.

So that leaves us with....nobody, actually.

If by the slightest chance, your's truely is wrong, and there IS anyone else's point of view, worthy of cosideration.....Let's hope that someday -pretty soon- they come to their senses, and reconsider -the name of their game.
