Go, go Goren

Spoiler!!

NewHavenRegister, 8.22.08
By Joe Amarante

-excerpted-
"CI" is gut-wrenchingly serious, especially in special episodes, such as Sunday's season finale at 9 p.m. Two words: Nicole Wallace. She's the slippery nemesis of emotionally tortured detective Robert Goren, played brilliantly by Vincent D'Onofrio.

You know how much we enjoy the work of D'Onofrio, whom we refer to (reverentially) as "creepy guy."

Goren's tilted-head interrogations are the stuff of TV legend, and yet Goren is never really in enough control of anything Sunday to handle a good intellectual beat-down. Full article

Now it's REALLY going to kill me to wait for Sunday night's episode! Why can't Bobby ever be happy? What's wrong with more episodes like "Vanishing Act"? Makes me want to grab him in a hug and not let go until 2009!! (actually.........I LIKE THAT IDEA!!)

"Go go Goren"? And there is "irony" in "Bobby now you're free"? As in..."gone"?

I don't like the implications of this article one little bit. Are we sure VDO has re-upped for 09? Just how many eps will Jeff Goldblum be taping?

I hope this is just my imagination getting the better of me but...

Kitty: Over the past few weeks we've heard about the new show runners, which ones will work with Vincent and which ones will work with Jeff Goldblum. They will each film 8 episodes.

Your're free Bobby could mean anything. He know's the true about his Father, his worthless brother is out of the picture, or Nicole is dead and won't torture him anymore.

Yes I heard that. And I'm sure TV people always tell the truth so...;->

Look...pay no attention to me. I'm just expecting the worst but hoping for the best. And maybe one of these days maybe the writers will let Bobby have just one good day at work. But it doesn't sound like it'll be this day!

And Tess, it's not the 'you're free' bit that worries me. It's the 'with irony' bit as this implies something not good.

If any or all of the above become history in this episode, it will be a bonus. We hate being tortured by Bobby being tortured, but we love it too, don't forget!

oy, that's it, i've gotta stop checking this blog until sunday. All of these teasers are just making the next few days unbearable.

At least our man will be free...from whatever it is he's not free from. Hey, at this point, he deserves whatever he can get!

My question is ~ who says "You're free now Bobby, You're free?" Nicole? Ick... Eames? Frank? I think who says it makes a huge difference as to it's meaning. Ahhhhhh..... such a spoiler whore am I... I can't help it!

I think it might be Nicole who says the "You're free, Bobby." My guess is that Nicole has killed Frank to "free" Bobby (there's the irony). Robert is the only man who really knows her and tried to help her anyway. In her own sick mind, she might be thinking she is returning the favor by alleviating Robert's troubles with Frank. My only hope is that these are her dying words.

the expert, i'm with you. i should stay away from here. but i'll bet we both know we won't. how will they have all of this in one hour.

september and october would be more bearable if season 4 was released for us.

OK, a lot of below the belt for Bobby-I say he's adopted-so he's free because biologically he isn't susceptible to schizophrenia, or gambling or drug addiction, Brady was not his father, so he's not susceptible to being a serial killer, so is that why he's free, that's was has been bothering him, so who is he-
Headache again-
Regi.
