so... a trip to new york with hotel is almost a thousand bucks according to expedia.
if we went during a "shoot" week and waited for something to be posted, how do we know what time the shoot will be?
i see dates but no times. i'd just stand on the side lines and ask the gods and godesses to make sure he walks by, or maybe catch him at a hot dog stand or something.
we really want to take this trip. knowing there are no guarentees is a given, but hoping for good odds is not a bad thing.

You would have to go to the location and check the permits posted on the street. It will list the date and times the film crew will be there. That doesn't mean the actors will be out on the street the entire time so you may have to hang around for awhile. You could flag down a crew member and ask when filming will take place and return at that time.
hmmm, new york is big place. u dont think going to chelsea peirs would be a good idea?
thats where they "clock in"at the beginning and end of the day, right?
if we took the trip but didnt get a chance to see them and we did greeting cards...and dropped them off at chelsea, with some truffles or flowers or something, do u think they's get delivered to kate and vince?

You could inquire at the guard shack at Chelsea Piers, Pier 62 if you want to leave cards and gifts.
