Hello...??

Did anyone from this blog attend the debate watch...??

Was the whether pleasant...??
Meaning, did Vincent and Kathy attend...??

Hello..?!

A simple "yes" or "no" would be appreciated; and a possible picture'd be treasured ...

I don't think it's odd that Vincent wasn't there, neither was Sam Waterston or Christopher Meloni.

Vincent and Kate were at the Debate watch party via video link.

Coming out of lurk mode here to spotlight one of the most delicious (to a CI fan) ironies of the current political cycle.

I am pointing this out as someone who will, come election day, be going into the booth, holding my nose, and voting for McCain/Palin as the lesser of two evils. Nevertheless, I am not, I hope, lacking a sense of humor.

Therefore, imagine the expression on my face when, a few weeks ago, Fox News introduced as a commentator a "senior advisor" to the McCain campaign with the truly jaw-dropping name of Nicole Wallace. She has appeared several times on the evening news to defend the policies of the McCain/Palin ticket. Cracks me up every time.

Not--I repeat, NOT--a good sign for the Republicans. As if they needed anymore bad signs.

Sorry to be a little off-topic, but I had to share with folks who would understand and get a snicker out of it, too.

According to the schedule posted here, Vincent and Kate are filming, 9th - 21st October. Y'know, those 13 hour days that Vincent likes better than the 18 hour ones they used to work. There's nothing sinister, or any need to take a bite out of him (or Kate) just because they happened to be doing something else at the time - like making a new C.I. episode for us. For goodness sake, give him a break!
