I am so happy for Dr. Balcer!
Bravo - a well deserved honour! Perhaps Dr Balcer could turn his hand to running the USA channel.....
Congratulations, Dr. Balcer. As a fellow Canadian, I am so happy to see your Canadian alma mater recognize and reward your exceptional achievements in the entertainment industry. In my book, creating Law and Order: Criminal Intent and the character of Bobby Goren is reason enough. A well deserved honor. Great, eh!!!
