I'd like to tell you just exactly how I feel about my not being able to go to this, but really I like you people FAR FAR too much to ruin your day with a raft of swearing, obscenities and general ANIMALS FARTING noises.

**weeps**

Not just anyone can attend, you have to be a registered Obama campaign worker. I'm sure they'll be checking credentials.

If that weren't the case, I would definitely consider going!

Donnajo;

I checked again; even signed up, just to see what'd happen...

There was no query about whether I was an Obama campaign worker or not....

I probably won't be in NY tomorrow, but for the sake of enlightenment -and those blogmates who can be there- where did you get this info from..??

Many thanks;

Saghy

Please! Please! Please! Someone who posts here sign up and GO. Take lots of pictures and bring back a full report (on VDO, KE and JN, of course). I'm a proud Canadian but for tomorrow I'd sure like to be an American living in or near New York City. Even without our favorite guy it sounds like a great event.

Hmm....You're right saghy. I assumed that the party was exclusively for campaign workers and members of those political groups that were sponsoring the event. I can't believe that just anyone can go, and that they only have 200+ attendees so far.

Jeez....I would love to go, but it's a real trek for me, especially on a work night. Anyone out there in Manhattan that could go after work?

Glad Vincent and Kate can use their celebrity to help in the election-I live in Connecticut and am a registered Democrat but voted for Hillary in the primary, but unlike some of her other supporters, I am not jumping ship to the McCain side and will indeed vote for Sen. Obama-

With all due respect, voting in a presidential election is extremely important, and whether or not VDO votes or who he supports in this election shouldn't affect what anyone else does. This is just my opinion.

I am a staunch Obama supporter, but it has nothing to do with who any celebrity endorses. It's also no surprise that Vincent is an Obama supporter, since he has leaned Democratic for years.
