Just came from there...no sign of the cast..trailers again though...and a ton of crew..I went at lunch time. I think Vincent and Kate were in their trailers though..they had people standing outside.
You must share the details..he is smaller, I saw him last time he was filming, about 3 weeks ago..didn't get a pic either..what was he wearing?? What did he say to you?? Common spill!!
Brian, Donnata: He was leaving his trailer, looked like he was done for the day, jeans and a leather jacket. By smaller, I do mean thinner, I'm 5'5 and he towered over me. I said hello, shook his hand, told him he was my favorite actor and that he looked great. He kissed my hand and smiled, said I smelled good, thanked me and we each went our own way. Ok, I may have said "you look fantastic, daw'lin" in my New Orleans drawl and there may have been a flirt on my part, but who was keeping track??
OMG, he kissed your hand??? How awesome...I woulda died right then and there..You are so lucky!
I'm glad he's nice..I've heard a few different things about him..some nice and some not so nice..I have a friend who worked on the set a few years back and said some not so nice things about him..but this was before I had a crush on him, too bad my friend doesn't still work there, right? Well I'm sure we all envy you, I know I do.
I too have heard the nice/not so nice things about him, but I see it this way, we all have good and bad days, but he has people shoving cameras in his face taking his picture and intruding on his personal life. I wouldnt be happy all day either if I had that. "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone." I don't freak out or scream or get star struck, so maybe he appreciated my calm demeanor, little did he know that if I did have my camera, I woulda wanted a pic, darn it!! I'll be in NY again next month on business, so maybe I'll run into the cast again. THIS TIME I'LL BE PREPARED! ;)
Looks like he only has one more episode to film..hopefully you are coming to NY then. I hope LOCI is coming back for another season. I will find out at the USA Upfront on 3/31. I can't believe he told you that you smelled good...you musta been dying..what perfume were you wearing??? I'd love to know what he thinks smells nice, ha!!!
I wear Syrian Musk Oil. It's actually made for men, but I love the sweet woody smell. I've had men stop me in a bookstore and exclaim, "OMG, you smell so good." So, he wouldnt be the first. Woman ask too, but I just tell them its soap. What? I don't want them to steal my smell. I'm just glad he didnt smell my neck, because thats my "spot". I would have been jelly on the ground. I can't get over how REALLY attractive he is. The camera can not transmit the depth of his deeply emotional brown eyes. They are mesmerizing. And when he smiles, it just makes his face look even more chissled. He is 'David'. even that little nose of his, is more adorable in person. I just wanted to "beep" him on the nose. :) I'll be in NY the entire week of the 6th now, actually. So, here's to good hunting. Cheers!
Bunny-that smell sounds great and I'm the same way, when someone asks me which fragrance I wear, I usually just tell them I don't share that for the same reason as you!!! I too had an encounter with him the end of February, except I was too chicken to speak to him..or ask for a pic, he had two body guards with him, mind you, they were half his size, ha! So I just walked passed him....and brushed elbows..he smelled heavily of cigarettes..didn't matter though.
I'm a smoker, so I didn't notice a smoke smell. I did notice a soap smell. I recognize it as Nivia, the same thing "the man I would leave for him" wears....I think I mispelled husband. hehe. This is all very odd and new to me. I've worked as an extra on TV and movies, and get the "do I know you" look from people all the time. They swear they know me from somewhere, but what do I say?, "I was the girl sitting behind Julia Roberts on the bus in Pelican Brief"? "Girl in courtroom", "Girl in back", "Girl on cellphone", on a few dramas filmed here in NYC. When you hang out with actors and see them interact with their families and friends, you realize that some are totally normal people, and some need the psych ward. Vincent is an interesting case. He's kinda shy, quiet, quick to laughter, slow to anger and from what I've seen and heard, a real big teddy bear when it comes to his wife and kids, especially his kids. Just makes you go, "awww". enough of my deep thoughts. Have you thought of extra's work? It can be really fun. Not much money, but you get exposure and to rub elbows with some really interesting people. If you're in film school, watching the set crew work is educating. Haven't been on LOCI, YET! But I keep circulating. I'd gladly play a dead girl for him to lean over, put his nose to my lips and smell the almond odor he'll identify as scianide..... heheheheheh! I know. I'm twisted,
oh, no worries, everyone gets my name wrong! I wouldn't work as an extra..I'm not at all interested in acting..I love film and tv, but just to watch! I wasn't sure if Vincet and his wife were still together...I don't know much about his personal life.

That's OK bunny. Perhaps you could describe the event? And I hope "smaller" mean thinner, lol.
