I like him! At this rate, USA might even remember they have other actors NOT called Jeff Goldblum doing the show ;0)

Well;

I really like Mr. Green's attitude, and the idea of getting some "Bobby Goren action" again, is absolutly thrilling...!!

While being quite descrete, he's given us just enough tips to sink our teeth into, while waiting for the real deal...

Hope things go perfect for the whole cast & crew, especially our favorite guy, dear Vincent; and many thanks to Ms. Leigh and TheReel friends for sharing...!!

I was very impressed with what he had to say and how he wants to deal with the show. Any concerns I might have had before ever since the big writer shakeup happened are gone now. He really seems to "get" the show and why it worked in the first place. Especially when I was worried about his age before -- I now know I had it completely wrong. A more conservative approach is necessary to preserve what I've always liked about the show and of course to bring back our old Bobby who worked so well in the early seasons.

I like what he had to say. Here's to the return of Seasons 1-5 Goren.

Just for the record,season 1-5 was not an entirety but constantly evolving,season 3 being different from season 2 etc. The change to a more personal tone came in season 4 and was a deliberate choice made by VDO to deepen his character.Alot of people liked these changes.Drama is about evolution,not stagnation and all seasons can be appreciated without trying to make it into a war between showrunners.

I'll bet it's no news that the entertaiment biz is about "entertaient".

One of the basic factors in keeping the audience fresh -and on the edge of their seats- is the ability to creat just the right "tension-relief" cycles -sort of a cat and mouse play, if I may.

The CI people -including our dear Vincent- have been quite successful in ceating these cycles -and cycles within cycles- so far.

They should take pride in what they've done.

Releasing the tight grip created by pratically everything that's happened to Bobby Goren on a personal level, was an inevitable -yet quite clever and timely, nontheless- choice, both artistic, and professionalwise.

Yet, in no way this means getting stuck in Bobby's "gesture collection" from now on (regardless of how I personally love them).

The grip will be getting tight -and we shall be be at the edge of our saets- again...

So breath while you can folks; we're in for a roller-coaster ride with Bobby...

And it'll be about "intent".
